The kids were Thrilled to spend time with their cousins, and Kyle was happy to be at his old stomping grounds.
We havnt been back to Utah for over two years, so we had a long list of things we wanted to do and see while we were there. Of course we couldn't possibly do all of them, but we did get a fair chunk of them accomplished.
I wont go into every boring detail but I do want to touch on some of the highlights.
- I got to go see my Friends from the internet. (Ive been posting on a bulletin board with them for over 6 years) Char, Amber, Sabra, Tina, and Val.
- We managed to hit the Life Science Museum, the Earth Science Museum, and the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving point.
- We went to the lights at Temple Square
- Thanksgiving Dinner with 20 people (10 little people, 10 big people) Hosted by Grandma and Grandpa Bake.
- We tried to go to the Hogle Zoo, but they are dumb and no long accept the Oregon Zoo pass, so we went to the “This is the place” Heritage Park. Tyler saw a cow there, walked up to it pointing, and announced “Cow! Moo!” with out any prompting. I was very proud. Until he did the same thing at the goats. lol
- Kyle went to a Movie with his long time BFF, Luke.
- Kate had her very first sleepover over at her Cousin Kimmy’s house.
- The bigger kids went with Daddy to the Movies
- We had our first family pictures taken Since Dylan was 6 months old
